Recently, it has been completed the Fortezza da Basso property passage to local authorities, willing to transform this area into a vanguard exposition pole. It has been used, in effect, as the seat of Florence Fair Pole in the last years, and hosts concerts, meetings, international initiatives, among them “Pitti Immagine”, a cradle for Italian and foreign latest fashion industry.
Congress Palace takes its seat in nineteenth-century Villa Vittoria. This villa was built up by Strozzi Family and it is set only a few minutes from city centre. The building, surrounded by a park, is integrated by a magnificent auditorium, accommodating up to 1.000 people.
Also connected to Congress Palace is Business Palace, polyvalent and flexible structure having over 4000 mq area and a complexity capacity of 1.800 people, able to welcome congress and expositional demonstrations, poster sessions, press-rooms, high fashion show, not excluding business lunch and gala dinner.
